潘景郑(1907~2003年),原名承弼,字良甫,号寄沤。江苏吴县人。目录学家、版本鉴定家、藏书家。曾任上海图书馆研究馆员,《中国古籍善本书目》编辑委员会顾问,华东师范大学图书馆学情报学系特聘教授。潘景郑一生淡泊名利,惟好收藏,累计藏书30万卷,金石墨本一万余种,此外还蓄有古砚数十方,中以宋代王著砚最为珍贵,因名其斋为“著砚楼”。晚年将所藏善本书先后捐赠给上
