阀门在通风或空调系统中是一个很重要的部件。过去,一般在通风系统上常使用插板阀、蝶阀等,空调系统常用平行叶阀、对开式多叶阀等,这些阀门都程度不同的存在着一些缺点,如操作不灵活、漏风、调节范围小、气流通过阀门时不稳定等等,针对这些缺点,我们设计并试制成功了一种新型的菱形风阀(以下简称ZL S_1),现详述于下: 一、结构 ZL-S_1采用了与以前阀门完全不同的结构,它不是靠叶片转动调节风量,而是靠叶片变形来调节风量。该阀有数组菱形叶片,每组菱形叶片是由四个小叶片铰接组合而成。内设推拉机构使该菱形的形状可以变化,以此调节风量大小。推拉操纵机构的支撑、轴和套管都设在每组叶
Valves are a very important part in ventilation or air conditioning systems. In the past, plug valves, butterfly valves, etc. were commonly used in ventilation systems. Commonly used air-conditioning systems include parallel leaf valves and split-type multi-leaf valves. These valves have different degrees of weaknesses, such as inflexible operation, air leakage, and adjustment.
