目的建立以气相色谱法测定喉康散中龙脑和薄荷脑含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Supel CO WAX-10石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),载气为N2,检测器为FID,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃,内标物为水杨酸甲酯。结果龙脑在0.02975~0.47701 mg·mL-(1r=0.999949),薄荷脑在0.04824~0.77083 mg·mL-(1r=0.99998)范围内同各自峰面积与内标峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系;二者回收率分别为100.77%和101.62%,RSD分别为1.35%和1.38%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于喉康散的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of borneol and menthol in LKF by gas chromatography. Methods The column was a Supel CO WAX-10 quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.5 μm). The carrier gas was N2, the detector was FID, the inlet temperature was 200 ℃, the detector temperature was 250 ℃, The target substance is methyl salicylate. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the peak area of internal standard in the range of 0.02975 ~ 0.47701 mg · mL- (1r = 0.999949) and menthol in the range of 0.04824 ~ 0.77083 mg · mL- (1r = 0.99998) The recovery rates were 100.77% and 101.62%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.35% and 1.38%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of HJF.
