实践证明,某些钢种的封闭缩孔在一定条件下可以焊合。缩孔分市、气体、夹杂含量、压缩比和轧制温度是影响焊合的主要因素。液芯轧制的封顶钢锭,钢锭中心未凝固部分在加压下可呈“塑性流”流动使封闭缩孔得到填充,为缩孔的焊合提供更有利条件。生产封闭缩孔钢锭可提高成材率6~8%,节约大量能源,具有明显经济效益。文中对焊合过程和条件作了分析,并通过凝固模型研究了封闭缩孔钢锭凝固过程的特点及控制缩孔分布的方法。
Practice has proved that the closed shrinkage of certain types of steel can be welded under certain conditions.
