治疗十二指肠球部溃疡(Du)的目的包括消除症状,促进愈合,预防复发,避免并发症等。预防复发一直是人们关注而最棘手的问题。笔者近年来用法莫替丁加痢特灵预防十二指肠球部溃疡复发,并进行2年随访观察,结果报道如下。对象与方法1．对象:选52例经胃镜证实,经治十二指肠球部溃疡愈合后的病人为观察组,其中男36例,女16例,幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性25例,年龄20~70岁;平均40.5岁,另选同期的经治愈后的Du患者50例为对照组,其中男32例,女18例,HP阳性24例,年龄20~72岁,平均41.5岁。两组患者
The purpose of treatment of duodenal ulcer (Du), including the elimination of symptoms, promote healing, prevent recurrence, to avoid complications. Prevention of recurrence has always been the most concern and the most difficult issue. In recent years, the author with famotidine plus furazolidone prevent duodenal ulcer recurrence, and 2 years follow-up observation, the results reported below. Objects and methods 1.
