花生是我国主要油料作物之一,也是主要创汇农产品之一。花生经简单加工就可以食用,深加工还可以制成营养丰富的食品和保健品。花生壳可用于生物发电做燃料代替煤炭,还可以综合利用深加工增值。近几年,随着农业结构调整,我国花生种植面积不断扩大,花生产量逐年增加。花生在进行榨油、深加工及作为出口商品时,花生荚果需要进行剥壳加工,花生剥壳机的应用逐年增加。研究新型花生剥壳机脱壳机构,实现花生剥壳机械化迫在眉睫。
