Large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL) is a rare type of leukemia that is characterized by an abnormal increase in large granulocytic lymphocytes and neutropenia as the predominant hematological system. Normal large granular lymphocytes (LGL) account for 10% -15% of normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the majority of which (85%) come from CD3 (-) NK cells and a small proportion (15%) from CD3 (+ ) T cells 〔1〕.
