锂在锗中的扩散是制备高纯锗探测器n~+接触的最成熟的方法。采用LiAlH_4热分解法的Li扩散比真空蒸发、电解等方法方便得多,不需要复杂昂贵的机械设备,对任意几何形状样品的扩散都不要严格的掩蔽措施。随着探测技术应用的发展,这种扩散法将会显示出它的优越性和必要性。
The diffusion of lithium in germanium is the most mature method for preparing high purity germanium detector n ~ + contacts. Li diffusion using LiAlH 4 thermal decomposition method is much more convenient than vacuum evaporation and electrolysis methods. It does not require complex and expensive mechanical equipment, and should not be strictly masked to any geometric sample diffusion. With the development of detection technology, this diffusion method will show its superiority and necessity.
