一、我国工商企业登记管理的主管机关是哪个? 关于登记主管机关,在国际上一般有两种情况,一是以行政机关为主管机关,一是以法院为法人登记主管机关。在我国,国家授权的企业登记主管机关是综合性的经济行政管理机关——各级工商行政管理机关。国务院发的《工商企业登记管理条例》第三条规定:“工商企业登记主管机关,在中央是国家工商行政管理局,在地方是省、自治区、直辖市和市、县工商行政管理局。”二、企业登记主管机关的职责和基本任务是什么? (一)审查工商企业的筹建或开业条件,核定企业登记事项,核发筹建许可证或营业执照,确认企业的法人资格;
