目前,大多数石棉水泥制品厂在料浆中掺入少量的代用纤维一纸浆来改善操作、提高瓦坯的塑性和致密度,降低回水浓度,减少水泥流失,提高制品的抗冲击强度。但是,纸浆在液体中有一定的悬浮性,对水泥颗粒有一定的吸附作用。纸浆的悬浮液(泡沫)最容易将水泥颗粒带走,这不仅给生产工艺带来困难,造成水泥流失,而且对制品质量会产生不良影响。为了消除这种影响和减少水泥颗粒流失,我厂与长春石棉水泥瓦厂一起,对在荷兰式打纸机中加入吉林省石油化工研究所生产的DSA一5消泡剂进行了试验,取得了良好的效果,现简介如下: 先将DSA-5消泡剂和60土5℃的水搅拌混合,其配比为1∶3.5~5,浓度为10%(重量),然后

However, the pulp has a certain degree of suspension in the liquid and has a certain adsorption effect on the cement particles. Pulp suspensions (foams) are the most likely to carry cement particles away. This not only creates difficulties for the production process, causes cement loss, but also has an adverse effect on product quality. In order to eliminate this effect and reduce the loss of cement particles, our factory and the Changchun Asbestos Cement Tile Factory jointly tested the DSA-5 defoamer produced by the Jilin Provincial Institute of Petrochemical Technology in a Dutch type paper machine. The good results are as follows: First, the DSA-5 antifoaming agent is first stirred and mixed with 60° C. water at 5° C., the ratio is 1:3.5-5, and the concentration is 10% by weight.
