目的:总结实施区域性消毒供应模式对卫生院消毒物品质量的效果情况。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年6月广州市花都区花山镇卫生院与区级医院合作实施区域性消毒供应模式后消毒物品质量情况,对比消毒物品实施前后清洗消毒、检查包装、灭菌质量、微生物检测等环节质量效果。结果:实施区域性消毒供应模式后,消毒物品在洗涤干燥、器械保养、灭菌包配置准确、标准包装、灭菌效果检测等环节质量情况均高于实施前,两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在基层卫生院实施区域性消毒供应模式能确保消毒物品质量,能有效降低医院感染率的发生。
Objective: To summarize the effect of implementing regional disinfection and supply mode on the quality of disinfectant in hospitals. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the quality of disinfectant items after the implementation of regional disinfection and supply mode between Huashan Hospital and Huadu Hospital of Huadu District, Guangzhou from January 2014 to June 2015 was performed. Conclusion: The implementation of regional disinfection and supply mode in primary hospitals can ensure the quality of disinfection products, which can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
