制备了α -环糊精掺杂纳米碳管涂层电极并应用于抗坏血酸的电催化氧化 ,结果表明 ,氧化电位降低了 2 80mV ,电流响应明显增加。我们首次结合两种物质的特性 :纳米碳管的导电性及催化性能、α -环糊精的分子认知能力 ,对电极表面进行修饰。实验了抗坏血酸与α -环糊精超分子络合物的特性。差示脉冲技术用于定量分析抗坏血酸 ,线性范围为 2 .5× 10 -6~ 1.0× 10 -3mol·dm-3
The α - cyclodextrin - doped carbon nanotube - coated electrode was prepared and applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid. The results showed that the oxidation potential decreased by 280 mV, and the current response increased obviously. For the first time, we combine the properties of two materials: the conductivity and catalytic properties of carbon nanotubes, the molecular recognition of α-cyclodextrin, and the modification of the electrode surface. The properties of ascorbic acid and α - cyclodextrin supramolecular complexes were studied. The differential pulse technique was used for the quantitative analysis of ascorbic acid with a linear range of 2.5 × 10 -6 to 1.0 × 10 -3 mol · dm -3
