作者用自制的~(125)I-HCG及大鼠卵巢细胞膜受体制剂建立了绒毛膜促性腺激素受体的放射分析法。研究了一些实验条件对分析的影响。结果显示,5μg蛋白受体制剂。3～10ng~(125)I-HCG及未标记HCG(0～1000IU)在30℃振荡保温2～3小时可获得良好的结合抑制曲线。分离剂选用7％聚乙二醇较好。
The authors used a homemade ~ (125) I-HCG and rat ovarian cell membrane receptor preparations established by chorionic gonadotropin receptor radiometric assay. The influence of some experimental conditions on the analysis was studied. The results showed that 5 μg of protein receptor preparation. 3 ~ 10ng ~ (125) I-HCG and unlabeled HCG (0 ~ 1000IU) were incubated at 30 ℃ for 2 ~ 3 hours to obtain a good binding inhibition curve. Separation of 7% polyethylene glycol is better.
