主要采用碳酸钙沉积法和硬垢量测定法,考察了聚合物分子量和浓度对旅大(LD)10-1油田采出水结垢的影响规律。实验结果表明:温度对含聚污水体系的结垢状况有一定的影响,温度升高增强了溶液的结垢趋势。由于聚合物与乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)之间的螯合竞争作用,随着聚合物浓度的增加,钙离子浓度总体呈增加趋势,硬垢量呈减少趋势。在含聚污水中,当向含有阻垢剂的采出水体系中加入不同浓度的聚合物时,聚合物分子与EDTA和有机磷酸阻垢剂BHF-04分子之间的螯合竞争和协同阻垢作用,使得结垢规律变得复杂。
The effects of polymer molecular weight and concentration on fouling of produced water from Luda 10-1 oilfield were investigated by calcium carbonate deposition method and hard scale determination method. The experimental results show that the temperature has a certain influence on the fouling condition of the polycondensate system, and the increase of the temperature increases the fouling tendency of the solution. Due to the chelating competition between polymer and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA-2Na), the concentration of calcium increased with the increase of polymer concentration, and the amount of hard scale decreased. In poly-polluted water, chelating competition between polymer molecules and BHF-04 molecule of EDTA and organophosphoric acid scale inhibitor, and synergistic scale inhibition, when different concentrations of polymer are added to the produced water system containing scale inhibitor Role, making scaling rules become complicated.
