In view of the situation of high COD content and extremely N, P eutrophication in seawater polluted seawater, which can not meet the seawater seedling water use standard, Ruppir rostellata Koch was transplanted to purify the seedling water for a period of time Within, greatly reduce the sea water COD, N, P and other chemical indicators. The average COD removal rate reached 94.38%. The PO43 - P and NH3 - N degradation rates were nearly zero. NO2 - N and NO3 - N were not detected. Using the same technique to culture Japanese shrimp (Penaeus Japonicus Bate) with purified water, the average survival rate of nauplii to larvae was as high as 66%. 3% and 72. l%.
