白山水电站一期3台300MW水轮发电机组布置于地下式厂房内,自20世纪80年代相继投产运行,机组的主要设备及部件均由哈电生产。发电机的定子线棒在多年的运行当中已逐渐劣化,线棒绝缘时常发生故障。当发生定子线棒绝缘击穿事故时,就需要更换备品线棒,这将使发电机被迫停止运行或延长检修的时间,给生产带来很大损失,为此我们应该努力提高运行、检修的质量,以减少这种事故的发生。而当发生这种事故后,又应尽快地恢复。
