食品安全快速检测是监管部门监督执法的重要手段。《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》和新版《中华人民共和国食品安全法》规定监管部门可以使用快速检测方法对食品进行抽查检测~([1])。食品安全风险监测是食品安全风险评估的重要依据。风险评估首先是危害识别,对产生不良健康影响的生物、化学和物理因子进行识别~([2])。快速检测在较大范围内检测食品的不安全因素及检测出监测数据,快速发现问题~([3])。2013-2015年,本研究将快速检测方法引入食品安全风险监测工作,现报道如下。
Rapid detection of food safety is an important means of supervision and law enforcement supervision.
