橡胶颗粒以代替部分细集料的形式掺入再生沥青混合料中,分别制备成不同橡胶颗粒粒径下橡胶颗粒掺量为0、1%、2%和3%的再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料进行马歇尔试验。试验结果表明:掺加小粒径橡胶颗粒的再生橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的最佳橡胶颗粒掺量为1.5%,其相应的新沥青掺量为4.12%;掺加大粒径橡胶颗粒的最佳橡胶颗粒掺量为1.2%,其相应的新沥青掺量为4.93%,且其马歇尔力学指标值低于掺加小粒径橡胶颗粒的再生混合料。小粒径的橡胶颗粒更适合作为再生沥青混合料的外掺物。
The rubber particles were mixed into the recycled asphalt mixture instead of part of the fine aggregate to prepare the recycled rubber particle asphalt mixture with different rubber particle sizes of 0, 1%, 2% and 3% Marshall test. The results show that the optimal rubber content of the recycled rubber particles mixed with small particle size rubber asphalt mixture is 1.5%, and the corresponding new asphalt content is 4.12%.
