目的为我国完善儿科用药相关政策提供参考。方法采用案例分析法评价美国儿科用药数据保护政策对儿童用药安全的影响。结果与结论美国儿科用药数据保护政策在一定程度上激励了儿童临床研究的开展,提高了儿童用药的安全性,我国可以借鉴美国的成功经验,建立儿科用药数据保护制度,提高我国儿童健康水平。
Objective To provide reference for improving the related policies of pediatric medicine in our country. Methods A case study was conducted to evaluate the impact of pediatric data protection policy on drug safety in children. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The data protection policy of pediatric medicine in the United States has stimulated the development of children’s clinical research to a certain extent and improved the safety of children’s medication. Our country can learn from the successful experiences of the United States, set up the data protection system for pediatric medicine and improve the children’s health in our country.
