事业单位人事档案管理工作是管理人才信息的重要手段,更是选贤举能的工具。随着我国人事制度改革力度的不断加大,事业单位人事档案管理工作存在的问题也突显出来,例如档案材料内容失真、管理方式落后、管理制度不健全等问题。在这样的背景下,本文针对事业单位人事档案管理工作存在的问题进行阐述,并就存在的问题提出对策,从而达到共同提升人事档案管理水平的目的。
Institutional personnel records management is an important means of management of personnel information, but also a tool for election Yin election. With the continuous reform of the personnel system in our country, the existing problems in the management of personnel files in public institutions are also highlighted, such as the distortion of the contents of archives, the backward management methods and the imperfect management system. Under this background, this paper elaborates the existing problems in personnel file management in public institutions and puts forward some countermeasures to existing problems so as to jointly improve the management level of personnel files.
