目的通过分析SD大鼠大脑皮层、外囊和尾壳核的扩散峰度参数间的差异性,比较平均扩散峰度(MK)与平均弥散率(MD)对组织变化的敏感性。方法 4组不同年龄的雄性SD大鼠,行颅脑常规MRI(冠状位T1WI和T2WI)及扩散峰度成像检查,测量两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值和MD值。采用配对t检验比较大脑皮层、外囊、尾壳核的左右侧别间各统计指标的差异;采用One-Way ANOVA比较各部位间各统计指标差异及同一部位不同年龄组间的差异,进一步分析MK值、MD值对组织微观结构改变的敏感性。结果两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值、MD值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值、MD值不同年龄组间差异均存在统计学意义;3个月、6个月、10个月和13个月MK值在不同部位间差异存在统计学意义,4个年龄组MD值不同部位间差异均不存在统计学意义。结论 MK值较MD值对组织的微观结构改变更加敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the sensitivity of diffusion coefficient (MD) and average diffusion kurtosis (MD) to the differences of diffusion kurtosis between cerebral cortex, outer capsule and caudate putamen in SD rats. Methods Four groups of male Sprague-Dawley rats of different ages were examined by conventional magnetic resonance imaging (T1WI and T2WI) of coronal brain and diffusion kurtosis imaging to measure the MK value of both sides of the cerebral cortex, MD value. Paired t-test was used to compare the statistical differences between the left and right sides of the cerebral cortex, outer capsule and caudate putamen. One-Way ANOVA was used to compare the differences of various statistical indicators between different parts and different age groups in the same part. MK value, MD value of the microstructure changes in tissue sensitivity. Results There were no significant differences in the values of MK and MD between the two sides of the outer cortex and the two sides of the caudate putamen (P> 0.05). The levels of MK There were significant differences in the values of MK between different age groups at 3 months, 6 months, 10 months and 13 months. There were significant differences in different sites between 4 groups There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion The MK value is more sensitive to the change of microstructure of the tissue than the MD value.
