肝细胞癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,与多种肿瘤相关基因的异常表达密切相关。Gankyrin(Gann ankyrin re-peats,癌性锚蛋白重复序列,GeneBank NM-02814)是近年来发现的第一个在肝细胞癌中普遍激活的癌基因,几乎高表达于所有的肝癌组织,并通过依赖泛素的蛋白酶解系统介导多种细胞周期调控蛋白、转录因子以及抑癌蛋白如p53、p16(INK4A)的降解。研究表明,Gankyrin在肝癌的发生过程及肝细胞的生长周期调控中发挥重要作用,在肝细胞癌的病理诊断方面具有一定的应用前景,同时也可能成为肝细胞癌基因治疗的潜在靶点。
