对202名深圳市15家宾馆、桑拿按摩室、发廊和歌舞厅等公共场所服务人员进行艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查研究.结果表明:62.5%~100%的服务员了解艾滋病的主要传播途径,但艾滋病的预防知识缺乏;对HIV感染者和AIDS病人的态度呈现多种复杂心理,35.7%~70.6%的服务员害怕或不愿与HIV感染者和AIDS病人接触;有相当一部分人的性道德观念(如婚前性行为、多性伴和婚外恋等)正发生较大变化,并趋于模糊或混乱;少数发廊和歌舞厅服务员承认有吸毒、同性恋、多性伴等与艾滋病病毒传播有关的高危行为.
A survey of AIDS knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors among 202 service personnel in public places in Shenzhen, including 15 hotels, sauna massage rooms, hair salons, and dance halls, was conducted. The results showed that 62.5% to 100% of the attendants knew the main route of transmission of AIDS, but AIDS prevention knowledge is lacking; attitudes towards HIV-infected individuals and AIDS patients present a variety of complicated psychology, and 35.7% to 70.6% of service staff are afraid or unwilling to contact with HIV-infected and AIDS patients; a considerable portion of people have sexual morality ( Such as premarital sex, multiple sexual partners, and extramarital affairs, etc.) are undergoing major changes, and tend to be vague or chaotic; a small number of hair salons and song and dance hall attendants acknowledge that there are high-risk behaviors related to HIV transmission, such as drug abuse, homosexuality, and multiple sexual partners.
