为解决我国矿尘防治技术研究薄弱,实验室基础研究装备严重缺失的难题,设计了全尺寸掘进工作面粉尘防治实验系统,全面分析了巷道的物理环境参数的选择依据,介绍了巷道中通风、产尘系统的搭建过程,构建了泡沫抑尘、喷雾降尘、通风除尘3大除尘系统,建设了以PCI操作台、工业控制计算机和组态王软件为核心的自动化控制及数据采集系统。结果表明:该系统在实验室中模拟了煤矿井下巷道掘进物理环境,实现了除尘技术快速、精细、可重复试验研究。
In order to solve the problem that the research on mine dust prevention and control technology in our country is weak and the laboratory basic research equipment is seriously lacking, the experiment system of dust control for full-size tunneling face is designed. The selection basis of the physical environment parameters of the tunnel is analyzed comprehensively, The dust collection system was constructed. Three dust collection systems including foam dust suppression, spray dust reduction and ventilation and dust removal were built. The automation control and data acquisition system with PCI console, industrial control computer and configuration software as the core was built. The results show that the system simulates the physical environment of roadway driving in coal mine in the laboratory, and realizes the fast, fine and repeatable experiment of dust removal technology.
