对地方国家行政机关的执法工作实施监督,是地方各级人大常委会的一项重要职责。目前执法监督不力的问题依然存在。如何改进方式,加大力度,增强效果,是人大监督工作面临的一个重要课题。
To supervise the law enforcement of local state administrative organs is an important responsibility of the local people’s congresses at all levels. The problem of ineffective law enforcement supervision still exists. How to improve the ways, intensify the efforts and enhance the effectiveness is an important issue facing the people’s congresses’ oversight work.
