受体型蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶α(receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphataseα,RPTPα)是一种广泛表达的膜受体,在细胞生长、细胞分化、细胞周期及肿瘤发生中起着重要调控作用。该文从RPTPα的基因基本结构特征、受体二聚化及RPTPα-c-Src和整合蛋白介导的信号转导通路等方面对RPTPα的生物学特性进行了阐述,并重点总结了RPTPα在结直肠癌、乳腺癌、胃癌等肿瘤发生中的主要促癌作用,归纳了RPTPα在不同肿瘤中介导的主要信号转导途径及其在相关信号转导通路中的功能。在此基础上,该文提出了今后可能的研究方向。
Receptor type tyrosine phosphatase (RPTPα) is a widely expressed membrane receptor that plays an important regulatory role in cell growth, cell differentiation, cell cycle and tumorigenesis. In this paper, the biological characteristics of RPTPα were described in terms of the basic structural features of RPTPα, receptor dimerization, RPTPα-c-Src and integrin-mediated signal transduction pathway. Colorectal cancer, breast cancer and gastric cancer. The main signal transduction pathways mediated by RPTPα in different tumors and their functions in related signal transduction pathways were summarized. On this basis, the paper puts forward the possible research directions in the future.
