从病原学证实流行性出血热(EHF)病毒在惠水等县的鼠中流行已多年,但一直没有临床病例报告。1986年12月在惠水高镇首次出现临床诊断为EHF的病人。我们于1990年3月以病家为中心作了现场调查。一、临床资料:畏寒发热急起,体温39℃,头痛、全身酸痛、纳差、恶心、呕吐;4天后热退,症状反加重,并有鼻血、短时昏厥、血压偏低及双上肢有数块皮下淤斑。尿置约400ml╱24h,继而增加到3000ml左右,
