作为现代中国企业管理中两个重要的“软件”——企业思想政治工作和企业文化建设,担负着调动职工积极性、提高经济效益、促进企业发展的任务,为促进企业的高效运行提供了强大的精神动力与智力支持。随着社会的不断发展和企业改革的进一步深化,当前企业文化建设蓬勃发展,思想政治工作在我国企业文化建设中的作用显得越来越重要,思想政治工作为企业文化建设的方向盘;不但是企业文化建设的思想保证,而且还能为企业文化建设提供目标一致的规范原则、营造良好的环境、树立企业文化建设的良好企业形象。新形势下正确认识企业思想政治工作,处理好企业文化建设与思想政治工作的关系,对思想政治工作在企业文化建设方面起到真正的作用具有重要的意义。
