蒸发器内壁由于受盐粒及碱液的冲刷、腐蚀,内壁受损特别严重,平均每半年左右就得更换一次,这样不仅造成材料的巨大浪费,而且影响生产率的提高。本文主要阐述一种新型的蒸发器内壁加工方法以解决这个问题。
The inner wall of the evaporator is subject to erosion and corrosion due to salt and lye. The inner wall is particularly damaged. On average, it has to be replaced every six months or so. This not only causes huge waste of materials, but also affects the productivity improvement. This paper describes a new type of evaporator wall processing methods to solve this problem.
