目的评价表面麻醉下小梁切除术的安全性及麻醉效果。方法回顾性分析2007年9月～2009年9月我院收治的青光眼患者67例88眼行表面麻醉小梁切除术,观察术中麻醉效果,心电、血压等全身反应,术中并发症,结合术后情况分析表面麻醉疗效。结果88眼中75眼麻醉效果1级,占85.2%;10眼麻醉效果2级,占11.3%;3眼麻醉效果3级,占3%。结论表面麻醉下的小梁切除术安全有效,较其他麻醉方式并发症少,对部分高眼压状态下的急性发作期患者可合并使用上方穹窿结膜下浸润麻醉。 Objective To evaluate the safety and anesthetic effects of trabeculectomy under surface anesthesia. Methods A total of 67 patients (88 eyes) with glaucoma treated in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The anesthetic effects, ECG, blood pressure and other systemic reactions were observed. The complications, Combined with postoperative analgesia of surface anesthesia. Results Among the 88 eyes, 75 eyes had 1 grade anesthesia (85.2%), 10 eyes had 2 grades (11.3%) and 3 eyes (3%). Conclusions Trabeculectomy under surface anesthesia is safe and effective, with less complications than other anesthesia methods. In partial ocular hypertension, patients undergoing acute exacerbation may be combined with supratentorial submucosal infiltration anesthesia.
