根据生物质捆烧特性,通过选用锅炉参数以及热工计算设计出适合于生物质捆烧的专用锅炉,对生物质捆烧锅炉进行热性能及环保性能实验。结果表明这种锅炉不仅燃烧效率高,排烟中氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫及烟尘含量符合国家锅炉大气物排放环保标准,而且制造工艺简单、操作方便、运行稳定,具有较好的经济性和市场前景,为节能减排开辟了一条新路。
