义务教育数学课程标准明确指出:学会分类,可以有助于学习新的数学知识,有助于分析和解决新的数学问题。分类思想不象一般数学知识那样,通过几节课的教学就可掌握。它根据学生的年龄特征,学生在学习的各阶段的认识水平和知识特点,逐步渗透,螺旋上升。在初中阶段数学教材中是逐步渗透分类思想。教学中教师应当根据教材内容从逐步渗透到初步掌握、最后能灵活应用。教学中应通过有理数的意义、绝对值、分式、n次方根、线段的比较、角的比较来进行分类方法的孕育。通过对分类方法的多次孕育,学生对分类思想已有了一定的认识,引进实数是对学生进行分类思想方法的极好题材。初二、初三年级中正比例函数的图象和性质、反比例函数的图象和性质、一次函数的图象和性质、一元二次方程的根的判别式、分式方程、无理方程、频数分布直方图、频率分布直方图、直线和圆的位置关系、与圆有关的角、圆周角、弦切角是分类方法的应用的极好时机。本人通过以下几个方面结合
