目前国内高职旅游教育的发展前景越来越广阔,随着高职教育的不断推进该,高职旅游教师的职业倦怠现象也频频发生。高职旅游教师职业倦怠的成因包括众多的因素,比如社会因素、学校因素、个人因素等。高职旅游教师职业倦怠已是一个普遍的问题,其值得社会各界的广泛关注,本文主要阐释了高职旅游教师职业倦怠的现状,分析其职业倦怠的原因,并提供相应的对策,使教师逐渐克服职业倦怠,投入到积极、向上的教学氛围中,完善学校的教育制度。
