规范对填石路堤修筑时爆破开挖石(填)料的最大粒径有明确规定,为减少岩溶地区单次爆破灰岩的超粒径数量而使绝大多数开挖石料都能直接用于填筑,通过研究岩石爆破块度控制理论,结合张花高速公路岩溶区爆破作业的现场调研,分析得出产生超粒径数量的原因且定性确定了影响此区单次爆破破碎块体尺寸的主要影响因素,在此基础上提出适合岩溶区爆破作业的施工技术与方法并完成试验路段爆破施工,获得能控制该区灰岩单次爆破破碎块体尺寸的量化参数指标。合理爆破技术及参数指标的采用保证了张花高速公路填石路堤的施工进度与质量。
