许多实践都已证明,太极拳具有十分有效的健身医疗作用。它能在不断提高体质的同时,使某些慢性病逐渐减轻或消失。由于其动静及运动量均适合中老年采用,所以深得老年朋友们的喜爱。但由于种种客观因素,许多太极拳爱好者只能通过自学来练习。这样就会感觉困难一些,若能通过一些有效的方法,就能不断地在潜移默化的套路练习中掌握太极拳的技术要领和深层技能。自学过程中,要注意以下几个方面。
