为研究在炸药爆轰作用下低密度材料形成射流的过程,采用AUTODYN有限差分软件,对低密度材料尼龙和特氟龙药型罩的成型特性做对比,得出在相同的时间下,形成射流的长度尼龙大于特氟龙,但特氟龙药型罩形成的射流一致性较好;并与广泛使用的高密度铜药型罩的成型对比,对不同时刻射流的形态及速度进行分析,得出低密度材料形成的射流有能量低、稳定性好、射流长径比较大的性质,所以对爆炸反应装甲“穿而不爆”有显著优势。
