在谢韦尔钢控股集团切列波维茨钢铁公司5 000mm轧机上,应用现代工艺方法和金相学方法开发研制出了大直径钢管用15~27mm厚的新一代管线钢板生产工艺。钢板质量符合技术条件规定的K70强度级别的要求,无论是钢板强度,还是韧塑性能,包括落锤试验时试样的剪切面积。选择了控制轧制+快速冷却并可随后进行回火处理的最佳工艺方法。
In Chevalier Steel Holding Group Cherepovec Iron and Steel Company 5 000mm mill, the application of modern technology and methods of metallurgy developed a large diameter steel pipe with a new generation of 15 ~ 27mm thick pipeline steel production process. The quality of the steel plate meets the requirements of the K70 strength class specified in the technical conditions, whether steel strength or toughness properties, including the shear area of the specimen during the drop weight test. The optimal process for controlled rolling + rapid cooling and subsequent tempering was chosen.
