目的:观察PCa患者尿液中DD3 mRNA的表达,并讨论其临床意义。方法:从48例PCa患者、23例BPH患者和9例健康男性志愿者(对照组)前列腺按摩后初始尿液中分离细胞,采用RT-PCR方法检测其中DD3mRNA的表达情况。结果:BPH和对照组未见DD3 mRNA阳性表达,而PCa患者DD3 mRNA阳性率为81.3%(39/48),两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:尿液中DD3 mRNA的检测有望成为早期诊断PCa的一种无创、简单、敏感的方法,也有望成为PCa治疗后监测的一种方法。
Objective: To observe the expression of DD3 mRNA in urine of PCa patients and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods: The cells were isolated from the urine of 48 PCa patients, 23 BPH patients and 9 healthy male volunteers (control group) after prostatic massage. The expression of DD3 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results: No DD3 mRNA was detected in BPH and control groups, but the positive rate of DD3 mRNA in PCa was 81.3% (39/48). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection of DD3 mRNA in urine is expected to be a noninvasive, simple and sensitive method for the early diagnosis of PCa. It is also expected to become a method of post-PCa monitoring.
