目的:探讨无创辅助呼吸机在慢性肺源性心脏病并MODS疗效中的作用。方法:将84例慢性肺源性心脏病并MODS患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予休息、吸氧、低盐饮食、抗感染、解痉平喘、激素、利尿、扩血管、强心及纠正水电解质、酸碱平衡失调等一般治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上用无创辅助呼吸机辅助治疗2周后测定氧分压、二氧化碳分压、心纳素、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、白蛋白。结果:对照组与治疗组比较后者疗效显著。结论:经综合治疗加无创辅助呼吸机在慢性肺源性心脏病并MODS中疗效好。
Objective: To investigate the role of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale and MODS. Methods: Eighty-four patients with chronic cor pulmonale and MODS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given rest, oxygen inhalation, low salt diet, anti-infective, antispasmodic and antiasthmatic, hormone, diuretic, vasodilator, And correction of water and electrolyte, acid-base balance disorders and other general treatment; the treatment group in the control group based on non-invasive assistive ventilator-assisted therapy for 2 weeks after the determination of oxygen partial pressure, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, albumin. Results: The control group and the treatment group compared with the latter significant effect. Conclusion: The combination of noninvasive and noninvasive ventilator has good curative effect in chronic cor pulmonale and MODS.
