随着经济和社会的发展,我国石油企业飞速发展,现已成为社会发展中重要的能源产业之一。创建和谐企业是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,工会组织作为企业基层的组织部门,在创建和谐企业的过程中发挥着重要的影响作用,因此,石油企业应该充分认识到工会工作对于石油企业的重要作用和积极影响,在企业工会工作在开展的过程中,不断发现问题,解决问题,优化工会组织管理模式,以进一步推动石油企业工会工作的顺利开展。本文以工会工作的相关理论为着力点,通过研究石油企业相关性质和组织管理模式并结合笔者工作经验,就工会工作对石油企业的重要作用和积极影响进行探讨。
With the economic and social development, the rapid development of petroleum enterprises in our country has become one of the important energy industries in social development. Establishing a harmonious enterprise is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society. As an organizational unit at the grassroots level, trade union organizations play an important role in creating a harmonious enterprise. Therefore, oil companies should fully understand that the work of trade unions is of great importance to the oil enterprises In the process of carrying out trade union work in enterprises, we constantly find and solve problems and optimize the organization and management mode of trade unions so as to further promote the smooth progress of trade union work in petroleum enterprises. This article focuses on the relevant theories of the trade unions’ work and explores the important role and positive influence of the trade unions on the petroleum enterprises by studying the related nature and organization and management mode of the petroleum enterprises and combining with the author’s work experience.
