教师与学生建立起正确、融洽的关系,激发学生的求知欲望,使他们对所学的内容感兴趣,并努力有效地学习和锻炼,是教师发挥主导作用的重要方面。但正确发挥主导作用,并非所有的教师都能做到。试举二例: 一位教师喊了几次“立正”的口令,但学生就是“精神”不起来。于是他威言厉色地喝道:“我看谁的腰直不起来!就把他拉到前边来展览!”在他喊了口令之后,便二目圆瞪直入学生中间检查。开始时,教师所到之处,学生心惊神滞、僵如泥塑;随着教师闪过,学生便神懈身违了,有的甚至顽皮作态,故意周旋。同是“立正”的要求,一位优秀教师采取了另种方法:他边演示动作边向学生描述国家礼宾仪仗队迎
Teachers and students establish a correct and harmonious relationship, inspire students’ desire for knowledge, make them interested in what they have learned, and strive to learn and exercise effectively. This is an important aspect in which teachers play a leading role. However, not all teachers can do it correctly. Two examples are given: A teacher shouted several times to “set up” the password, but the student was “spiritual” not up. So he presumptuously shouted: “I see who’s waist straight up! Just pulled him to the front to show!” After he shouted the password, they looked straight into the middle of the students to check. At the beginning, when the teachers went to the place, the students were stunned and fragile. As the teachers flashed past, the students slapped themselves, and some of them were even naughty and deliberately dealing with each other. At the same time, it was a request for “righteousness.” An excellent teacher took another approach: he described the actions while describing to the students the National Concierge honor guards.
