目的十二导动态心电图观察无症状心肌缺血性ST-T改变。方法闪光卡记录十二导动态心电图及十二导心电图资料完整的冠心病病人60例及40例正常人,进行对比分析。结果冠心病者无症状心肌缺血的发生率为71.7%,正常人中无症状心肌缺血的发生率为8.3%。两组有显著差别。结论动态心电图可做为判定隐匿性心肌缺血的可信指标。
Objective To observe the change of ST-T in asymptomatic ischemic myocardium by 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods flash card records twelve leading ECG and twelve leads ECG complete coronary heart disease in 60 patients and 40 normal subjects for comparative analysis. Results The incidence of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in CHD patients was 71.7%. The incidence of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in CHD patients was 8.3%. There are significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Holter monitoring can be used as a reliable indicator of occult myocardial ischemia.
