采用低温处理方法,制得了含液量在85%以上,透光度高达99%且具有较高强度和模量的“PVA-DMSO-水”凝胶。用单向压缩和单向拉伸法研究了其力学性能。实验发现,该低温凝胶的弹性模量随两混合溶剂配比的不同而发生变化,在W_[(H_2O)]/W_(DMSO)=20/80时,弹性模量最大,此时该凝胶的透明性最好;随着低温处理时间的增长,凝胶模量也增大;同时凝胶模量也随着体系中聚合物浓度的增大而增大。
With the low temperature treatment method, “PVA-DMSO-water” gel with more than 85% liquid volume, high transmittance of 99% and high strength and modulus was prepared. The mechanical properties were studied by uniaxial compression and uniaxial stretching. The experimental results show that the elastic modulus of the low temperature gel changes with the ratio of the two mixed solvents, and the elastic modulus is the largest at W _ [(H_2O)] / W_ (DMSO) = 20/80. The transparency of the glue is the best. With the increase of the time of low temperature treatment, the gel modulus also increases. At the same time, the gel modulus increases with the increase of polymer concentration in the system.
