1951年政务院颁布的“百花齐放,推陈出新”思想是戏曲革新发展的方针,之后的几十年中,戏曲的革新发展走过了曲折的道路,经过历史的检验,证明这一方针是正确的,是符合戏曲艺术规律的。本文从中国古代哲学、文论、诗论、剧论对“新与陈”的主张来解析戏曲推陈出新思想,并从戏曲推陈出新的历史经验及推陈出新美学思想在实践中的体现,来阐述中国戏曲美学范畴之“新与陈”的辩证关系。
