１９３１年，日本帝国主义蓄意挑起了旨在侵略中国东北的“九一八”事变，并在此后迅速武装占领了全东北；１９３２年又在关东军的操纵下，在东北成立了伪满洲国傀儡政府。从此，东北便沦为日本的殖民地。为了把东北变成其扩大侵华战争和发动太平洋战争的基地，日本帝国主义对东北的经济和资源实行了严厉的统制和疯狂的掠夺。统制掠夺的重点是煤、铁、石油等矿产资源和基础工业。在日本帝国主义的疯狂掠夺和严厉统制下，东北经济迅速殖民地化，东北人民的生活也陷入水深火热之中
In 1931, the Japanese imperialists deliberately provoked the “September 18th Incident” aimed at invading northeast China and quickly armed occupation of the entire northeast afterwards. In 1932, under the control of the Kwantung Army, the puppet Manchukuo was established in the northeast Puppet government. From then on, Northeast became a Japanese colony. In order to turn Northeast into its base for expanding the war of aggression against China and launching the Pacific war, the Japanese imperialists imposed harsh rules and mad looting on the economy and resources in the northeast. Control predatory focus is coal, iron, oil and other mineral resources and basic industries. Under the crazy plunder and strict control of Japanese imperialism, the economy in Northeast China rapidly colonized and the life of people in Northeast China plunged into dire straits.
