本文对菏泽地区1996年放射工作者周围血象和免疫功能监测进行了报告分析,结果表明放射因素对血小板和血红蛋白影响不大,而对白细胞免疫功能产生影响,可引起两者代偿性升高和失代偿性降低,部分年龄组、工龄组间白细胞数和免疫功能异常的比例有统计学差异(P<0.05),随年龄组,工龄组的增加出现波动趋势,存在代偿性升高和失代偿性降低的现象,因此为保护放射工作者的身体健康,应加强放射卫生的防护和监督管理,特别是重点年龄组,工龄组的防护和监督管理。
