1994年7月5日,《中华人民共和国劳动法》正式颁布。该法的核心是建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,维护劳动者的合法权益。一年来,《劳动法》的贯彻实施情况如何呢?本刊记者走访了劳动部门、工会组织以及部分企业和职工。贯彻实施初见成效据国家劳动部有关部门介绍,《劳动法》颁布一年、实施半年以来,贯彻实施工作取得了一定的进展,主要表现在以下几个方面:建立劳动合同制度工作取得较大进展。到目前为止,29个省、市、自治区,都已经以政府的名义正式发布了劳动合同制度的实施方案,西藏也已将实施方案报送中央政府。同时,电力部、铁道部、邮电部、煤炭部等25家行业主管部门制定下发了全面实行劳动合同
