建筑装饰工程随着第三产业的不断发展而发展,越来越多的建筑装饰装修企业涌入到装修市场中来。人们在注重装饰装修质量的同时,也更加关注装饰装修的价格,良好的施工质量,廉价的施工价格,是业主们的迫切需求。因此对建筑装饰工程进行成本控制是十分必要的,合理的降低施工成本,有效的提高经济效益,是装饰装修公司和业主们的共同追求。本文我们简单的分析建筑装饰工程成本控制方面,以及提出一些解决措施。 With the continuous development of the tertiary industry, building decoration engineering has developed. More and more architectural decoration companies are pouring into the decoration market. While paying attention to the quality of decoration, people are also paying more attention to the price of decoration, good construction quality and cheap construction prices, which are the urgent needs of the owners. Therefore, it is very necessary to control the cost of building decoration projects. Reasonably reducing the construction cost and effectively increasing the economic benefits are the common pursuit of decoration companies and owners. In this paper, we briefly analyze the cost control aspects of building decoration engineering and propose some solutions.
