目的:观察舒适护理联合耳穴贴压法治疗骨折患者失眠的疗效。方法:将本院收治的骨折失眠患者84例,分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组采取常规的护理方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合舒适护理及耳穴贴压法进行护理。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:对照组有效率达到76.2%;而观察组有效率达到了95.2%。结论:针对骨折失眠患者可以采用舒适护理联合耳穴贴压法进行治疗有很好的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of comfortable nursing combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of insomnia in patients with fracture. Methods: Eighty-four patients with insomnia fractured in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing method. The observation group was treated with the combination of auricular acupuncture Nursing. Observation of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results: The effective rate of the control group reached 76.2%; while that of the observation group reached 95.2%. Conclusion: The treatment of fractured insomnia can be comfortably treated with auricular pressure method has a good therapeutic effect.
