荣纳省国民银行是一幢两层楼的建筑(不包括地下室),座落在奥塞尔一处芳草如茵的开阔地带。1978年建成。在设计时提出两点要求:无论从投资上或管理维修方面都应是最经济的;在建筑风格上,既要有银行的特点,又要区别于传统的、老一套的办公楼形象。为了达到上述要求,从结构选型、施工条件到工艺技术,以及建筑上所具有的表现力等各方面,都作了多方案的比较与分析,最后采用了现在的这个方案——金属结构,混合式空调,做到施工快,造价低。(每平米造价超过1860年建造的旧式房屋的成本不大于50％)。
The Jungmun National Bank is a two-story building (not including a basement) and is located in an open grassy area in Auxerre. Completed in 1978. At the time of design, two requirements were put forward: it should be the most economical in terms of investment or management and maintenance. In terms of architectural style, it is necessary to distinguish between the characteristics of the bank and the image of the traditional and old office building.
